Will Morgan is the founder and CEO of Monticello Consulting Group and is a business strategy and implementation executive with over 20 years of consulting experience across multiple industries. In 2004, Will founded Monticello Consulting Group, a management consulting firm advising clients within the global financial services industry, to help clients achieve their vision of excellence. Prior to launching Monticello Consulting, Will was a consultant with Accenture and with m.a.partners, a boutique financial services consulting firm in New York City, advising global clients including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Bear Stearns, Alliance-Bernstein, Merrill Lynch, Siemens USA, and AT&T.

Under Will’s leadership, Monticello has prioritized corporate responsibility and diversity and partners with several New York-based community organizations including the High Water Women, The Children’s Village, and NAF.  The firm’s most recent activities include supporting High Water Women’s financial literacy teaching in New York City public schools and their annual holiday toy drive, co-chairing the 2021 Children’s Village Spring Luncheon, and launching a high school internship program with the NAF Organization. Philanthropic contributions also remain a priority to Monticello, as the firm supports the American Red Cross and the United Way with disaster recovery efforts among other initiatives.

Monticello promotes diversity and inclusion both internally and within the financial services industry.  Monticello seeks to diversify the field of consulting by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.  The firm recently hosted its first Women on Wall Street networking event, connecting women across various sectors of finance to motivate and to discuss ideas for supporting women in the industry.  Within our client advisory practice, Monticello advises clients to pursue diverse opportunities in traditional lines of business including cross-border remittance payments, enabling access to growth capital, and implementing regulatory reform measures.

Will received his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.  Prior to attending Darden, Will was an active member of Minds Matter of New York City, mentoring bright and motivated high school students from low-income families.
