Philanthropic contributions also remain a priority to Monticello, as the firm supports the American Red Cross and the United Way with disaster recovery efforts among other initiatives.

Monticello promotes diversity and inclusion both internally and within the financial services industry.  Monticello seeks to diversify the field of consulting by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.  The firm recently hosted its first Women on Wall Street networking event, connecting women across various sectors of finance to motivate and to discuss ideas for supporting women in the industry.  Within our client advisory practice, Monticello advises clients to pursue diverse opportunities in traditional lines of business including cross-border remittance payments, enabling access to growth capital, and implementing regulatory reform measures.
