Robert Adams is a Certified Agile Scrum Master and Senior Manager with over 20 years of hands-on project management and process re-engineering expertise within the financial services industry. Robert has worked extensively as a consultant, serving such global clients as the DTCC, Citigroup, RBC, and Bank of America. Prior to consulting, Robert has worked as a business manager and financial analyst, serving both technology and financial operations organizations within the financial service industry. Over his career, Robert has worked for several large organizations, including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and New York Life Insurance Company.  Robert received his MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business with a concentration in Financial Economics and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rider University.

William Morgan, the founder and president of Monticello Consulting Group, is an experienced business and implementation manager with over 20 years of consulting expertise across several industries.  Prior to founding Monticello Consulting, Will was a consultant with Accenture and with m.a.partners, a boutique financial services consulting firm in New York City.  Will has advised such global clients as JPMorgan, Bank of America, Bear Stearns, Alliance-Bernstein, Merrill Lynch, Siemens USA, and AT&T.  Will received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.

Megan Martin is an experienced financial services project and program manager with a strong track record of achieving results with a high emphasis on core business functions. Megan is the Director of Quality Assurance at Monticello Consulting Group. Prior to Monticello, Megan worked as a project manager with global banks, buy-side trading firms, futures and options brokerage firms, transportation asset services and management companies.  Megan holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Loyola University Chicago.

Vikram Singh is a Senior Business Analyst with experience primarily in the Analysis, Design, and Development of data-driven tactical solutions using the Microsoft suite as well as Object Oriented concepts in the HealthCare, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, and Financial industries.  For the last five years, Vikram has been working on Fixed Income, Equities, and OTC Derivatives Products with Middle Office, Regulatory & Compliance groups at premier financial institutions.  Vikram holds an MBA from Dowling College and a MS in Information Sciences & Technologies from Rochester Institute of Technology.


Chris Morgan is a financial services professional with twenty years of experience in such areas as banking, brokerage, and insurance.  Chris is the Manager of Recruiting at Monticello Consulting Group.  Prior to Monticello, Chris worked as a senior market analyst with a large life insurance firm, and as a senior business analyst with one of the largest brokerage firms in the country.  Chris holds a Bachelors of Economics from the University of Scranton, and a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.    


Anna Maria is the Business Manager for Monticello Consulting Group. Prior to joining Monticello Consulting, Anna Maria’s experience included more than 25 years in the insurance industry, most recently as a senior property and casualty underwriter for the State Farm Insurance Company for 13 years, handling risk management for the Northern Virginia region of State Farm.  Prior to that, Anna Maria worked as an insurance professional for Allstate Insurance Company on Long Island dealing in life, health, and property and casualty product areas.  Anna Maria holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from New Jersey University and a Masters Degree in Liberal Studies from Stony Brook University.


Glenn Antkowiak is a Manager with 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Glenn advises Monticello clients on executing accounting platform migrations and implementing complex data governance programs.  Glenn has worked as the lead Project Manager for large scale software development projects at Credit Suisse and Barclays, specifically focusing on reporting, operational risk & control, and scalability.  Currently Glenn is analyzing the Volcker Rule covered fund restrictions for one of Monticello's investment banking clients.  Glenn is PMP certified, received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Haverford College and is currently pursuing his MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business.

Anthony Poerio is a Manager with Monticello Consulting Group.  He is a seasoned Project Manager and Business Analyst with significant consulting experience in the investment banking industry.  Anthony employs structured problem solving techniques and sound program management principles to successfully deliver large conversions and process re-engineering initiatives for Monticello Consulting clients.  In his most recent engagements, Anthony has managed multiple regulatory reform initiatives such as real-time transaction reporting, mandatory clearing and SEF trading.  Anthony has advised such global clients as Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.  Anthony received both his MBA in Finance and Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Studies from Quinnipiac University.  Anthony is also a certified Agile Scrum Master.

Ayrat Safine is a Business Analyst and Project Manager with particular skills in quantitative investigation. Ayrat advises Monticello Consulting clients on executing large-scale conversion initiatives and testing for front office trading systems, along with settlement and sub-ledger platform migrations.  Ayrat employs a structured problem solving approach and specializes in devising technology solutions for tackling his clients’ most critical change initiatives.  Ayrat excels in Business Intelligence (BI) & MIS reporting, issue resolution, complex reconciliations, and resource management.  Ayrat holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dartmouth College.

John O'Hara is a seasoned Project Manager and Business Analyst with a strong understanding of organizational risks and controls.  He possesses particular skills in workflow management and process-control testing that is complemented by a strong analytical background and ability to understand how individual processes align to the strategic goals of an organization.  His work includes project managing initiatives involving several complex workstreams, documenting current-state processes - with a focus on recognizing and evaluating potential risks - and working on large infrastructure improvement projects related to migrating trading activity from legacy systems to target platforms.  Currently John is working as a program manager for our investment banking client's firm-wide uncleared margin requirement initiative.  John holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Jeff Dziegielewski is a Certified Agile Scrum Master and Business Analyst at Monticello Consulting Group with previous experience working on both Finance and Project Management teams within the financial services industry.  Jeff possesses a strong background in MIS reporting and analysis.  Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

 Jeff Dziegielewski

Tausif Khan is a Senior Consultant with extensive experience developing tactical tools. Prior to joining Monticello, Tausif worked with the NYC Board of Education, Lockheed Martin, Affiliated Computer Services, and MTA-NYCT.  Tausif has participated in the Board of Education’s Project Smart, extending internet access to New York City’s public schools for the first time over ISDN.  Tausif has also lead the development and maintenance of a complete Point-of-Sale and Business Management System in .NET, as well as several other web-based applications, for Lockheed Martin and MTA-NYCT.  Tausif is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Dean Adler has over 10 years of experience programming in C, UNIX, and Perl, with a concentration in ETL.  Dean advises Monticello clients in refactoring legacy data warehouses into cutting edge object-oriented services scripted in Python.  Dean has also advised major clients such as Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, and Merrill Lynch.  Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from SUNY Buffalo.



Alan Reider is a seasoned application developer proficient in Java, Python, and Smalltalk.  Alan advises Monticello clients on implementing controls and processes for regulatory reporting compliance initiatives utilizing python.  Prior to joining Monticello, Alan was a senior Java and Smalltalk developer for Chubb Insurance.  He has also worked on projects for the New York City Housing Authority, Public Service Mutual Insurance, and Hearst Magazines.  Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer programming and operations from the Control Data Institute.
