William Morgan, the founder and president of Monticello Consulting Group, is an experienced business and implementation manager with over 19 years of consulting expertise across several industries.  Prior to founding Monticello Consulting, Will was a consultant with Accenture and with m.a.partners, a boutique financial services consulting firm in New York City.  Will has advised such global clients as JPMorgan, Bank of America, Bear Stearns, Alliance-Bernstein, Merrill Lynch, Siemens USA, and AT&T.  Will received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.

Robert Adams is a Certified Agile Scrum Master and Senior Manager with over 20 years of hands-on project management and process re-engineering expertise within the financial services industry. Robert has worked extensively as a consultant, serving such global clients as the DTCC, Citigroup, RBC, and Bank of America. Prior to consulting, Robert has worked as a business manager and financial analyst, serving both technology and financial operations organizations within the financial service industry. Over his career, Robert has worked for several large organizations, including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and New York Life Insurance Company.  Robert received his MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business with a concentration in Financial Economics and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rider University.

Megan Martin is an experienced financial services project and program manager with a strong track record of achieving results with a high emphasis on core business functions. Megan is the Director of Quality Assurance at Monticello Consulting Group. Prior to Monticello, Megan worked as a project manager with global banks, buy-side trading firms, futures and options brokerage firms, transportation asset services and management companies.  Megan holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Loyola University Chicago.

Glenn Antkowiak is a Manager with 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Glenn advises Monticello clients on executing accounting platform migrations and implementing complex data governance programs.  Glenn has worked as the lead Project Manager for large scale software development projects at Credit Suisse and Barclays, specifically focusing on reporting, operational risk & control, and scalability.  Currently Glenn is analyzing the Volcker Rule covered fund restrictions for one of Monticello's investment banking clients.  Glenn is PMP certified, received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Haverford College and is currently pursuing his MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business.

Ayrat Safine is a Business Analyst and Project Manager with particular skills in quantitative investigation. Ayrat advises Monticello Consulting clients on executing large-scale conversion initiatives and testing for front office trading systems, along with settlement and sub-ledger platform migrations.  Ayrat employs a structured problem solving approach and specializes in devising technology solutions for tackling his clients’ most critical change initiatives.  Ayrat excels in Business Intelligence (BI) & MIS reporting, issue resolution, complex reconciliations, and resource management.  Ayrat holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dartmouth College.

John O'Hara is a seasoned Project Manager and Business Analyst with a strong understanding of organizational risks and controls.  He possesses particular skills in workflow management and process-control testing that is complemented by a strong analytical background and ability to understand how individual processes align to the strategic goals of an organization.  His work includes project managing initiatives involving several complex workstreams, documenting current-state processes - with a focus on recognizing and evaluating potential risks - and working on large infrastructure improvement projects related to migrating trading activity from legacy systems to target platforms.  Currently John is working as a program manager for our investment banking client's firm-wide uncleared margin requirement initiative.  John holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Jeff Dziegielewski is a Certified Agile Scrum Master and Business Analyst at Monticello Consulting Group with previous experience working on both Finance and Project Management teams within the financial services industry.  Jeff possesses a strong background in MIS reporting and analysis.  Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Kimberly Hine is an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst.  Kimberly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Dowling College. She is currently leading our investment banking client through a new legal entity build-out.

Andy Black

Andrew Black is a Senior Business Analyst. Andrew began working in Information Technology in the United Kingdom for E.F. Hutton and later Shearson programming margin screens. He moved to Bear Stearns as a project leader covering Custody, Settlements, and Tax Reporting.  After, Andrew joined Citibank as a Vice President and, while working towards a Master of Business Administation, worked as the Project Lead focusing on the business requirements of Market Data DB, Asset Management, Stock Loan, and most recently, FI Issuer Services.

Chris Morgan is a financial services professional with twenty years of experience in such areas as banking, brokerage, and insurance.  Chris is the Manager of Recruiting at Monticello Consulting Group.  Prior to Monticello, Chris worked as a Senior Market Analyst with a large life insurance firm, and as a Senior Business Analyst with one of the largest brokerage firms in the country.  Chris holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Scranton, and a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.    

Anna Maria is the Business Manager for Monticello Consulting Group. Prior to joining Monticello Consulting, Anna Maria’s experience included more than 25 years in the insurance industry, most recently as a senior property and casualty underwriter for the State Farm Insurance Company for 13 years, handling risk management for the Northern Virginia region of State Farm.  Prior to that, Anna Maria worked as an insurance professional for Allstate Insurance Company on Long Island dealing in life, health, and property and casualty product areas.  Anna Maria holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from New Jersey University and a Masters Degree in Liberal Studies from Stony Brook University.

Michael Wajda is a Senior Project Manager at Monticello.  Mike began his career at Merrill Lynch, serving in a variety of roles supporting the Equity Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans business for Wealth Management clients.  He later moved to Citi Smith Barney to manage products for corporate executives and insiders, helped facilitate the business transition during the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney joint-venture, and most recently managed a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers for Morgan Stanley's Institutional Wealth Services PMO.  Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Deepak Khurana is a Business Analyst with experience in client onboarding.  He previously worked on the Client Onboarding team for a hedge fund. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Applications and a Master in Business Administration from India.

John Johnson is a Business Analyst who has been in the Futures & Options business for the past 20 years.  He has experience with client services, compliance, electronic trading support and IT management.  John is currently pursuing his PMP certification.
