Andrew Black is a Senior Business Analyst. Andrew began working in Information Technology in the United Kingdom for E.F. Hutton and later Shearson programming margin screens. He moved to Bear Stearns as a project leader covering Custody, Settlements, and Tax Reporting.  After, Andrew joined Citibank as a Vice President and, while working towards a Master of Business Administation, worked as the Project Lead focusing on the business requirements of Market Data DB, Asset Management, Stock Loan, and most recently, FI Issuer Services

Deepak Khurana

Deepak Khurana is a Business Analyst with experience in client onboarding.  He previously worked on the Client Onboarding team for a hedge fund. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Applications and a Master in Business Administration from India.

Kimberly Hine

Kimberly Hine is an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst.  Kimberly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Dowling College. She is currently leading our investment banking client through a new legal entity build-out.

Marc Berardi

Marc Berardi graduated from Georgetown University with a double major in Accounting and Finance in May 2014. He has worked for a "Big Four Firm" advising small and Fortune 500 clients in their pursuits of tax credits and business incentives from government agencies across the globe. As a CPA, Marc has a wide range of experiences working with clients identifying potential tax credits and incentives opportunities, developing policies and procedures, and delivering value-added strategies for business expansion and relocation plans.

Feiran Hao

Feiran Hao is an experienced management consultant with a focus on business process improvement, data analytics, and implementations that has experience advising clients in both the private and public sector. His work has helped clients develop strategies for streamlining their processes while improving governance to help increase ROI. Prior to joining Monticello Consulting Group, Feiran was a consultant with KPMG. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Mathematics and Economics, and a minor in Computer Science.

Michael Brodsky

Michael Brodsky has over 15 years experience in consulting, project management, compliance, team management, middle office operations, client service, risk reporting, and derivatives trading. After 5 years at The American Stock Exchange, Michael moved to BNP Paribas, where he had multiple roles in equity derivatives operations. He joined Ernst & Young and worked as a consultant on various process improvement and compliance projects.

Donal Sheridan

Donal Sheridan is a Manager with over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his previous role as a financial services consultant in Ernst & Young’s (EY) advisory practice, he advised leading global banks and asset management firms on strategy, operations improvement, and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining EY, Donal was a Senior Alternative Investments Specialist at BNY Mellon Alternative Investment Services where he focused on financial reporting and process improvement in the firm’s fund of hedge funds custody group. Donal has extensive experience in business analysis, program management, project management, alternative asset management operations, data migrations, reconciliations, and process improvement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

John O'Hara

John O'Hara is a seasoned Project Manager and Business Analyst with a strong understanding of organizational risks and controls.  He possesses particular skills in workflow management and process-control testing that is complemented by a strong analytical background and ability to understand how individual processes align to the strategic goals of an organization.  His work includes project managing initiatives involving several complex workstreams, documenting current-state processes - with a focus on recognizing and evaluating potential risks - and working on large infrastructure improvement projects related to migrating trading activity from legacy systems to target platforms.  Currently John is working as a program manager for our investment banking client's firm-wide uncleared margin requirement initiative.  John holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Ayrat Safine

Ayrat Safine is a Business Analyst and Project Manager with particular skills in quantitative investigation. Ayrat advises Monticello Consulting clients on executing large-scale conversion initiatives and testing for front office trading systems, along with settlement and sub-ledger platform migrations.  Ayrat employs a structured problem solving approach and specializes in devising technology solutions for tackling his clients’ most critical change initiatives.  Ayrat excels in Business Intelligence (BI) & MIS reporting, issue resolution, complex reconciliations, and resource management.  Ayrat holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dartmouth College.

Bob Adams

Robert Adams is a Certified Agile Scrum Master and Senior Manager with over 20 years of hands-on project management and process re-engineering expertise within the financial services industry. Robert has worked extensively as a consultant, serving such global clients as the DTCC, Citigroup, RBC, and Bank of America. Prior to consulting, Robert has worked as a business manager and financial analyst, serving both technology and financial operations organizations within the financial service industry. Over his career, Robert has worked for several large organizations, including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and New York Life Insurance Company. Robert received his MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business with a concentration in Financial Economics and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rider University.

Stan Pique

Stan Pique was born and raised in France and graduated in 2000 from the UTC Compiegne in Industrial Engineering. Stan started his career at Accenture Paris working on large customer systems for EDF France. In 2004, Stan relocated to the Accenture NYC office and worked in the technology architecture team and assumed leadership roles within the North America Utilities consulting practice.  Stan was mainly involved in Enterprise and Asset Management as well Smart Grid technologies integration programs at major Utilities such as Duke Energy, Enbridge Gas Distribution, Xcel Energy, and Duquesne Light.  Stan is well versed in software delivery methodologies, PMO practices, and integration technologies.
